1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has been carefully packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

2. International Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We provide worldwide shipping to deliver authentic Thai heritage to devotees and collectors across the globe. Shipping options and estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Standard Express Shipping: 7 – 15 business days
  • DHL / FedEx Premium Express: 3 – 7 business days

Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary depending on destination customs processing, national holidays, or regional postal delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates & Calculation

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fanjing Heritage is not responsible for any international customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an automated notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take extreme care in packaging all sacred artifacts to prevent damage during transportation. However, if your package arrives damaged or if an item is lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item is damaged, contact us immediately at xiaowanjia9@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +1 (267) 690-8080 within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and damaged item.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows no updates for an extended period, please reach out to our support team so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
