Terms of service

Welcome to Fanjing Heritage (https://fanjingheritage.com/). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products from our online store.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Authenticity & Cultural Nature

  • Authenticity & Documentation: Fanjing Heritage is dedicated to authentic Thai amulets and the preservation of Buddhist cultural heritage. We carefully curate meaningful Thai amulets with historical background, craftsmanship details, and authenticity records. Each amulet is documented with a unique identification record.
  • Spiritual & Cultural Disclaimer: Our amulets are offered as authentic cultural, historical, and spiritual artifacts. Religious and spiritual experiences are deeply personal; therefore, we make no guaranteed medical, financial, or legal claims regarding the efficacy or outcomes associated with any sacred item.
  • Product Representation: Due to handcrafted craftsmanship and organic materials (such as ancient metals, clay, or sacred powder), natural variations in color, texture, and patina may occur between items. Photos are taken under professional lighting to reflect true details.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed timelines.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
